you got a white supremacist, Steve Bannon, advising Trump. What's going on is you got a white supremacist writing Trump's EO's.
Trump hasn't a clue what's going on, he's scared shitless, he never expected to win. he's in so far over his head.
His advisors behind the scene are Russian sympathizers Manafort, Page, and Stone.
He also listens to Alex Jones and Steve Pieczernak, 2 conspiracy nuts, to put it mildly.
