Sessions thinks America is an exclusive club, and only its members have rights. Like there is something sacred about our Constitution that it bestows benefits you otherwise do not have. He turns the Constitution on its head, pretending that our inalienable rights have legal borders. That is the source of his ignorance, and his racism.
