"Coiffed" is very different than being surgically altered.

The model of womanhood displayed by Ivanka, and her stepmother Melania for that matter, of unnatural perfection is horribly damaging to women and girls. It tells us we are not good enough the way we are born--that we must be radically altered to be beautiful. Not exactly an empowering message for women.

And if you were really worried about sexism, you would not throw around the word "whore" in describing a woman. Why mot use the gender neutral term "corporate shill"? Why attack an entire gender by invoking the sexist term "whore"?
