Timothy Hill: Opt TDOT Out of Federal Highway Program

Timothy "TimoChe" Hill is a candidate within the 2012 Tennessee General Assembly 3rd House District Republican Primary who is wanting to bring his Corporate Socialist revolución to the Tennessee General Assembly in Nashville. Hill is on the campaign trail in Northeast Tennessee advocating that the Tennessee Department of Transportation "opt-out" of the federal highway program and use 18% of annual Tennessee gasoline tax revenues to compensate state and local governments for the elimination of the Tennessee Hall Tax on investment income.
