It also gives me a sense that all we have fought for, even as a white man, is futile. Combine this with the present Voldemort and his Death Eater cabinet and it's hard to fight the sense of hopelessness. Trevor Noah puts those feelings into words.

The sick part is that he'll probably get hired by another small town cop shop, and do the same damn thing again.

So if you're afraid of African American people you can just shoot them and say.. " I feared for my life." I honestly don't think there is anything Mr. Castile could have done differently. By the way where's the NRA.. he was licensed to carry.

to. I'm sure it will be any minute now.

This is so sad, yes it is true. I'm not crying though, I'm fucking mad about it. I'm fucking angry that video evidence is not even enough to convince a juror that this was a senseless murder. Maybe the <spit>"police officer"<spit> was truly afraid for some reason. That is a failure of a man improperly trained to do his job. He was negligent at the very least. There has to be some law that would bring justice in a situation like this. If there isn't, there needs to be one pronto.

I don't know all the laws, but surely a jury could agree that this officer acted in a negligent manner that caused a death. This garbage makes my head hurt. There is just no common sense whatsoever that covers what we just saw. I always come back to why do these "police officers" (who are supposedly trained BTW) always discharge so many rounds? OK, to me that is proof you were not properly trained and you panicked. Never should have been put on the street with a gun and a badge to begin with. ARGGHHHH!!!!

He fired those shots without any regard for her safety. If an African American man runs away, holds his hands up informs the officer that he has a weapon that he is licensed to carry or even identifies himself as an off-duty officer; he still may be shot or killed.
