...and they are about the most untrustworthy people I know. Right now, ANYONE can become a Border Patrol agent, and it's not hard for a rather unscrupulous individual agent to allow this or that particular truck or car to glide through the checkpoint. Such a clusterfuck.

I see a lot of dumbasses where I am. too lazy to get out of their vehicles. can't even change a flat. clueless about the locals. sleeping in their vehicles, etc etc
