Related: About this forumWhen Was The Last Time Butt-Brain Kilmead Ever Came Up With NUMBERS?
We all know that math makes his head hurt. So, somebody who KNOWS that Fox & Friends is Trump's only source of information obviously fed him a LIST to read, on cue from Laura Ingram.(Very odd, given that just yesterday Ingram whined on Fox's Special Report that "McConnell and Shumer have to put their heads together, and get some of these positions filled." I assume that somebody then informed her that FEMA is not understaffed because Democrats are holding up Trump's nominations. It's understaffed because Trump hasn't even NOMINATED anybody.)
So today, Ingram points out what most Democrats already know...that half of FEMA and Homeland Security is empty because Trump hasn't NOMINATED anybody. On cue, Kilmead then reads off the teleprompter that 366 positions are still empty because Trump hasn't nominated anybody to fill them. (In other words, Fox hasn't put enough half-assed pundits with fake PhD's on their shows for him to try and hire.)
My guess is that James Rupert is trying to give Trump an assist by letting him know that he's SUPPOSED to nominate people for these positions, and they shouldn't be f-ing HORSE BREEDERS like Michael "Heckuva-job" Brown.
Trump responded immediately with a tweet saying "I haven't filled those dumb old jobs because I don't WANT to!" Claiming he's trying to shrink the size of government. ("Thanks Putin for expelling all my diplomats. I was going to fire them all anyway..." )
The conversation goes essentially like this:
"Blah blah blah...366 positions still unfilled....blah blah blah...ANTIFA! ANTIFA! ANTIFA!"

(182,803 posts)1. I've seen two numbers of the total number of positions 590 or 660
Off the top of my head.
No one has failed to be appointed as far as I know.

Ingram brings up the idea of families adopting flood victimized families out of this disaster. That is great. Where that idea came from, I do not know.
Then these "20 watt light bulbs" launch into an attack on the "radical left wing" with this Antifa fixation. It is like if you take care of Antifa all of the ills of society will be cured. You are right...it is just a BLAH BLAH BLAH. After a while I tune out to it.

She also threw in a line about citizens being enslaved by their reliance on government. Will be interested to see how those conservative "principles" fare when it is time to appropriate money for the Texas relief program.
