Rush is on the north end of the island of Pam Beach a block or so from the inlet. A friend of mine (liberal and gay) sold it to him in what he admitted was one of the most politically incorrect acts of his lifetime.

It is not a huge house by Palm Beach standards but it is a great location with a nice, large (so far) beach with coastal dunes and a decent surf break in the winter. Not that Rush would attempt anything so cool and athletic. He may have also bought property where you indicated since he's got way more money than human decency.
