(12,213 posts)After we shed ourselves of Bush/Cheney, this country was headed in a new and exciting direction.
We were making it through the horrible economy Bush sent us collapsing intothe worst since the Great Depression...
then Russia got involved.
We are still recovering, but if we don't clear this bacteria out of our system soon, we're going to be heading into a horrible mess.

(14,491 posts)That bacteria will be with use for at least another 3+ years, as it eats away at good progressive achievement every day. I've stayed away from market news lately, but I'm hearing we could be in for another crash - especially in the tech (bubble) arena. One wrong move from Mr. Happy Trigger and were toast again. Otherwise, our new round of laissez' faire on steroids will bring it on, regardless of what he does.
The wealthy gorged themselves after 2008 on thousands of foreclosed properties and failed businesses. I guess they're hungry again.
