Fox can force complete bullshit into the discourse especially when they dominated cable news ratings. I can list specific examples but the one that was the most devastating was selling the war on Iraq.

Also, Politico was created as a conduit for Drudge into the MSM. It's changed a little bit but initially it was blatantly obvious.
