Try picking a jury for an asbestos mesothelioma case in the Texas Panhandle. Over 100 of them felt sorry for the poor asbestos companies who covered up the dangers of asbestos since the early 1930's.

We busted a jury panel of 150 people for cause because they felt the widow and her deceased husband should have just let it go instead of attacking these poor companies. Mesothelioma is only caused by very high doses of radiation or asbestos. It is a very painful and horrible way to go and they didn't care because they had been fed RW talking points about "jackpot justice" and other crap.

I'm surprised DU isn't more aware of it. The misinformation involved is staggering, and I'm particularly interested in it since it involves a lot of history about land rights in the West.
