My county has still to authorize any shops. They are stonewalling in the interest of "saving the kids".

They tried to create a law for everyone, BUT, they dropped the acreage limits and that has boutique growers upset. The guys who are lifers, 20 lbs harvest. Strain specialties. The guys that invented the deal.

So many things are still unresolved, or will be constantly litigated, in the law too. The edible thing, which is my thing, some things are open to that.

It is a super complex issue. And we have people resistant to change. Both sides. A lot of people in the cannabis business now wont be five years from now. The problem is, what are they going to do? A life of pot growing is not something to put on your resume, unless answering the big money pot growing jobs being offered around here.

while they work out details.
Some cities won't even allow it to be sold—I guess they don't want the tax revenue (if that's how tax works, I don't know).
