Americans for Limited Government, a far right anti-government group (google them) that supports Trump. Their cartoon depicts current Republican memes against the FBI and the Mueller investigation, not exactly where Democrats are aligned.

Now you know.

And he fell for the lamest of lame conspiracy theories. Branco is just a non-thinking tool and a complete fool.
