If Obama hadn't signed a law making it harder for mentally ill people to get a gun, Trump wouldn't have had to sign a law making it easier for them.

Since Trump conveniently blames "mental illness" rather than the availability of guns. And it should also include the reminder that his budget proposes massive cuts to Medicaid which would devastate the nation's mental health care system.
