I get your total sarcasm.

The pushers at big Pharma are just as responsible for the opioid crisis as any heroin dealer. But, like the banksters, they will never pay a price in this country.

They might be surprised to see it's people from their own neighborhoods, their own children's classmates, and it's not some other people from somewhere else.

For drugs like Heroin, meth, and pills, the dealers are rampant throughout the rural areas and small cities that are the base for Trump's support.

Are Republicans ready to execute their own constituents?
