I guess he's losing his hair but if he's going to wear it that way he could at least back off on the color.

I know he's 30, but he sure looks much younger.

Not OLD older, but he looked his age to me, which made the hair look more obviously combed to hide a balding head. Even his sideburns are brushed forward.
