Representative Ellison Clashes with Director Mick Mulvaney Over Transparency Representative Keith Ellison (D-MN) criticizes Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Director Mick Mulvaney for installing frosted glass in his Bureau office and accuses him of a lack of transparency, calling it "ironic." Director Mulvaney says that 13 offices have had frosted glass installed at a cost of $3,500.00
