During a court appearance on Monday, Trump lawyer Michael Cohen revealed that his mystery third client was Sean Hannity. Hannity quickly denied that he ever hired Cohen, saying only that he might have gotten his advice on some real estate deals. One of these men is lying, and whoever it is just damaged their career forever, as Ring of Fires Farron Cousins explains.

(6,212 posts)I don't think you would lie to a judge in the court room with other attorneys advising you.

(22,143 posts)Cohen was asked this ?. So I'd believe this answer provided in court vs. Hannity who's a perpetual liar, or at least, way distorts facts.

For some reason, I can't get the clip from Maddow's show to load, but she read part of the transcript and I seem to remember that's what Cohen's lawyer said. So, if my memory serves and Hannity asked to not be identified, then he is lying big time. The judge and the lawyer were talking specifically about clients, not casual contacts.
I don't have a clue why the clip won't load. Gawd, I hate it when that happens. Now it's bugging me; I'll have to try again later.
