"For a fair and balanced view, we ask for Karl Rove's input..."
I bet they didn't expect these kinds of comments from him. The reporter looked kind of angry at one time.

He's saying that Mueller's investigation should play out to conclusion, but then he's offering his own conclusion. Karl Rove is still disgusting, as always.

That Mueller will stick with his tunnelvision of trying to find any actual hard proof of direct collusion with Putin by Trump. Any business crimes he runs across will by handed off to other departments to do with what they will. (And those will then be dragged out for years and/or lost in the shuffle and settled quietly with more plea bargains).

Mueller, as a life long Republican and patriot, may feel the pressure also not to decimate his own party, and all the friends and associates he still has there. I think Democrats must set aside a small area in their beings to be prepared for Mueller to say he does not have enough proof against Trump to warrant any indictment. But that it was all a few rotten apples around Trump.

Because if that happens, there will be a devastation unlike we've never felt for a long time. Maybe never. The Bush vs Gore debacle will pale. We have to be prepared for that outcome. And be hammering not on Trump, but on Republican policies they have been implementing during his term. And start talking about what we'd do differently from the GOP, instead of always reacting to Trumps latest screw up.

Because they will be crowing day and night if he escapes Mueller. The loudest crow will be Trump himself. And his faithful deplorables will simply scoop up all the hooker / adultery / sexual abuse / lying / foul mouth stuff into one doggy bag and throw that out with everything else. And the GOP will attempt to use that ruling as a vindication not just of Trump, but of all their work in the House and Senate. And they'll double down, this time going after medicare and SS to pay for their giant tax scam bill. And Trump will ride to victory in 2020. And win in 2018 if Mueller ends it that way before then.
