If PA does this, and successfully wins Romney for the State, than how are other states not vulnerable to Republican manipulation? Some how perhaps the Federal government can step in on this.. I have no idea what they could do.. this can't be constitutional, can it?

See? Republicans can not win an election, unless they find a way to cheat!

I mean, even 'just' I don't know, 300K people out of 750K should be enough to stale that anti-democratic State legislature?
