Senator Sanders: Trump's Executive Order on Family Separation Does Nowhere Near Enough

Because the American people spoke up, Trump has changed his policy of tearing children away from their parents and locking them up in detention cages. But the executive order that he issued today goes nowhere near as far as it should go.

Make it law if these children are not returned to their parents within 15 days of their parents leaving this county from deportation, they immediately become US citizens . Any parents not able to find their children because of the governments taking them away within 15 days after being released , also receive immediately full citizenship for whats been done to them. If they have already been sent to their country of origin, the government has to pay for any returning of their children, and if not within 15 days the parents can return to the US paid for by this government to find their children , then become citizens for their nightmare they've been put through.
