wouldn't have been a Declaration of Independence, a Constitution...

Seems to me the Supreme Court would find some rationale in the fact that the country was founded without a voter ID, so how should it somehow suddenly need one now, right before an election, where it can be shown to affect those least likely to have political clout or power, and for whom the single, solitary vote is their only form of exercise of political influence.

hacks, you have interesting people, their ideas and opinions. My cable is out so I have not seen this yet. Still, I rarely see anyone say what I believe, which is most of our ELECTED politicians in DC. are bought and/or intimidated ("we will primary you next time w/more money than God!&quot .
