like the lady who is terrified that geneticists have mixed animal and human DNA to create "mice with fully functional human brains!!!" WTF?

But most of them just made me sad (and mad ) that there is so much willful ignorance out there. That's why I am focusing on teaching critical thinking right now. Every little bit helps. Every student who learns to think critically is going to help others do the same. Hopefully. A small stone tossed into a big pond will still spread wide ripples.

This HAS to change.
