In the CNN clip Trump said Harley is using this as an excuse for production they were planning to move overseas, that they told him about back in January. That's a lie.

The truth is the 40,000 motorcycles for the European market were going to be part of a plant closure in Kansas City, and those were going to be moved to HD's York, Pa manufacturing facility.
