For trump to conspire with putin allowing his intel people to undermine the Mueuller investigation with this latest phony ploy allowing them to infiltrate the FBI while claiming its a joint venture to get all the facts, when its really to infiltrate the FBI more?

Having read much of the Federal Regulations, the bar for prosecution and/or dismissal was Evidence of wrong-doing OR the Appearance of wrong-doing. Certainly there is proof of the Appearance of wrong-doing-doing as it comes right out of Donald’s mouth. I’m confused.
