There really is something wrong w/him. He's not clear headed. He's confused. Did he have a minor stroke, maybe? Is his brain declining more than the average 71 year old?

I would guess he's on heavy doses of blood pressure medication, and other medications. He's so stressed out all the time. Even while golfing, he is said to be irritable, cheating, excitable. He doesn't sleep at night.
