Personally, I think people should be able to work full time if they want and the hours are available.

corporate welfare system.
What needs to be done to encourage them to get off it and pay their workers better is we need to look at going after them via the tax system and by that I mean the more low paying workers a company has then the more that company pays in taxes.
If a company wants to move to a lower tax bracket then all it needs to do is pay all its workers better.

Corporate welfare is a real problem. If Amazon pays X and people need X+5 to live, then the +5 must come in the form of welfare. Our tax dollars pay to support these people through welfare. Therefore, the +5 does not get paid by Amazon. It gets paid by us and it goes directly in to the pockets of Amazon stockholders. Our tax dollars right in to Amazon stockholder's pockets.

the person who is making the millions a day hoarding the billions made and not paying those who help him do just that a livable wage. Don't blame those who buy or sell on his site for his greed.
