Except that with Nixon these were the final days. The Republicans showed they had principles and spine and voted him down.

According to the Colbert interview, the book ends with the lawyer throwing his hand and with the "F word."

Trump is literally incapable of telling the truth when it puts him in any kind of ill light...at all, for anything, ever.

I knew this about him long before he was a TV host of a stupid scripted pseudo-reality show. The evidence since the election though is mind blowing in its intensity and volume.

Woodward's reputation or Trump's? How in the world can ANYONE with a pulse struggle on that count?
