1) If I did one tenth of what Hillary did... Trump and all his team were using private non-secure email servers. They were also proactively threatening and violating our national security by colluding with the Russians in the hacking of the DNC and Podesta emails. They were guilty of at least ten times, maybe 100 times what Hillary did.

2) "Crooked Hillary" was the biggest joke, the biggest exaggeration, and probably even the biggest LIE of the Trump campaign, which literally had nothing else but empty promises to offer voters.

3) For those of us who are regular viewers of the Rachel Maddow Show, the whole "Lock her up!" thing could well have been the brainchild of Paul Manafort, whose main client was the Ukrainian dictator and demagogue Viktor Yanukovich. Yanukovich, in one of his election campaigns, actually had his political opponent, a woman named Yulia Timoshenko, locked up.

4) Paul Manafort, now flipping and probably on his way to some serious jail time as well, really carved out a niche for himself by defending and putting a political shine on despicable dictators like Yanukovich, and he was probably the best in the business at this type of work. Heck - "It's a dirty job, but someone's gotta do it!" And he was paid handsomely for his efforts.
