and can't remember what happened, how can they deny someone else's account of what happened? The way that Brett Kavanaugh treats Professor Ford says a lot about his character. If he's dismissive of the incident and the way she remembers it without admitting his possible culpability, it says (to me) that he's unable to empathize with another person and hasn't grown as a human being since the incident happened. Based on what I've seen of him so far, he doesn't appear to be Supreme Court material.
