President Trump says he is not to blame after the nationwide man-hunt for packages and bombs sent to 12 targets culminated in the arrest of Cesar Sayoc in Florida. Democrat Rochelle Ritchie was threatened by the suspect on Twitter just two weeks ago and flagged the messages to Twitter, who at the time claimed it did not violate their standards. She tells Ari Melber that she’s “angry” at Trump’s rhetoric and “scared” for herself and her family.
