His age, the hours he keeps, poor diet, stress, travel and time zones, little exercise, etc. He probably has a big sleep deficit built up, and the minute he is in a quiet place where he is limited in what he can do - bam! It's nighty-night for him.

The job ages anyone who has it. Worst pictures I have seen are W during his first campaign and then after he left office. Aged 20 years, at least. After less than two years, the job is written all over Trump's face, and he has spent a huge amount of time at his resort in Mar-A-Lago!
