He launched his building career by hiring illegal immigrant Polish labors to tear down the future Tower building paying less than half the going wage. He wasn't satisfied with paying them reduced wages and no overtime and attempted to cheat them out of their pay. When they complained he said he would report them to government and have them deported. Yes, he is the same person he has always been.
