One the inner city where a segment of the population is poor and destitute. Living with the clothes on their backs, shoes on their feet, and a lot of broken and empty promises to fill their days.

The other is a world of happiness and joy. Love all around as life is celebrated to the fullest.

With the Government shutdown and the Economic conditions today which one are we headed for?
