He really seems to "get it," despite only having been here since 2011. And he's also multi talented, have you seen his standup? He's great on impersonations and voices!

Occasionally they do a Daily Show where he's out on stage instead of behind the desk and you can tell he feels at home there. And that's got to be very funny, his Between the Scenes segments are his off-the-cuff observations and jokes...
