It's the first time in his life in which a woman holds power that is in some ways equal to or greater than his own, who is neither afraid nor intimidated by him, and is putting the brakes on him. His power has limits, and the same holds true for Nancy Pelosi. But Trump is uneducated and unskilled in his role, while Pelosi is the exact opposite.
In exchange for gloating and taking a victory lap over defeating Pelosi, which he was unable to do, he chose to tweet about scaring and intimidating Michael Cohen. He's like a junkie with a needle in his arm. He has to feel that hit, that rush. And he's never going to get that from Nancy Pelosi.
