that will get a very advanced grip of any attempts by the Republicans or others to interrupt or interfere with any voting tallies that directly affects her campaign or any other Democrat whereby any election theft attempts will be stopped in its tracks.
Now I believe Obama had the same kind of staff and maybe the tech specialists didn't have a huge affect in 2008 it was obvious that Republicans were stopped in their tracks by Obama and his staff in 2012.
Hell Romney had already had his transition staff in palace and Rove was totally shocked when Ohio was called for Obama..
