Which is the reason he's so funny! He had Patricia Arquette on and she said she used to dislike him because she thought he was that conservative character from The Colbert Report... 
I can't actually think of anything meaningful that he's said - there was that infamous video of Trump insisting to Schumer and Pelosi that he would take responsibility for the shutdown while Pence just sat there saying nothing.
