1. Why not call "Wayne" by his given name?

Marion Morrison. Doesn't have that same "tough guy" ring to it, does it. I could never stomach Marion, and got into quite a few arguments with people who thought he was the quintessential "tough guy". He may have been a "professional" actor, as many claim, but in my opinion he couldn't act his way out of a paper bag.

I'd say that was true about John Wayne. By the way, Wayne's hobby was collecting antiques.

Wayne played the same character over and over. The setting changed and the script was altered but it was the same loner, tough guy shtick.

And then I come here and see you've posted it and it about blew my fucking mind. Like, what would be the odds that I'd watch this video and then you would post it a day later? Like, holy shit, get out of my head. BUT if it was posted last week, that makes sense. It probably showed up in a 'new video to view' portion of YT and that's why I watched it.

I love those old Dick Cavett show clips. My late Mom loved that show, but I've only seen a few of the most "talked about" clips. I'll have to go to youtube and see what is available.

Kirk celebrated his 102 birthday not long ago. Tremendous! Be well, Kirk!
