Eve: An Allegory

Here is a link to my newest video "EVE." It is very political in some ways -- an allegory

I see Eve as yet another incarnation of a Mother Goddess, a feminine personification of the earth, but born of man's rib as a sign of submission to male-dominated sky gods. Yet, she was still the giver of life and the taker of life -- her power absolute, so while man subverted her power to gain control, he could not ever completely win. Her story of submission to man seems almost a metaphor for America's desire to make the earth submit to its power even if it means ignoring climate change and eventual extinction.
