First of all, the man SHOT AT OFFICERS FIRST! What did you expect the police officers to do after that? They warned him to drop the gun and instead he AIMED AND FIRED HIS GUN AT the POLICE.

I cannot imagine anyone stupid enough to think the officers should have done nothing after that occurred.

I am a lawyer but not a criminal defense lawyer. You people scare me. Where did you get the idea it was okay to shoot at police and not expect this to occur???????????????????????????

It's ABSURD.
