I once watched a video of his appearance before the HUAC. He offered to sing for them.

My daughter got married over the Labor Day weekend. I didn't know any lullabies when she was a baby. I used to sing her this to her as she went to sleep. This weekend, when she got married our father/daughter dance was "Union Maid". And when the guests joined in the chorus....it was the best. Thank you Woody.
