Whistleblower would state that most of the conversation and all the most illegal (and possibly treasonous) stuff was left off and he could talk about the stuff so heinous drumpf thought it had to be hidden. He's saying this to threaten him/her, that is the only reason. Well, ok, he also wants russian repugs to get a chance to claim up is down and attack & slime the messenger.
