Also, publishers aren't stupid. They know the legal penalties of revealing classified intel, so it's highly unlikely that there is anything secret in there.

Remember that Bolton is a long-time insider, knows where the skeletons are buried and who buried them. He is also known for being scrupulous about documentation, often taking long notes in meetings and directly after meetings, to keep his memories refreshed any time he needs to recall something. No doubt, his notes from this clusterfuck would make excellent reading.
