One-on-One with Amy Klobuchar

Like claiming the DNC "put the thumb on the scale" against Bernie in 2016. Maher tried to get Jones to specify what DNC actions Jones was referring to, but Jones then changed the subject.

And Bill shut him down, calling this "a conspiracy theory." I don't think Bill's happy unless he has at least one person on to argue with. That said, I'd rather deal with Van Jones than Steve Bannon or Geraldo Rivera.

I thought that this week's strong monologue - and a great interview with Amy Klobuchar - were the strongest parts of the show!

I liked this show a lot, New Rules was a little silly, but there was no one on this week that made me look for the opportunity to take my dog outside.

a point, also lots of research out there, with all the internet porn and other options out there, people are having less sex with each other. I'm happy he did the segment, it's important to get that info out there.

But at this point, I cannot imagine her - or any of our candidates - actually debating Trump, which she talked about. She knows what's going on in this country, what our national priorities are and has a detailed knowledge of the issues. I just cannot imagine what Trump could bring to any "debate." All he does is rattle on about what's going through his addled mind at the moment - and expect applause for it. I can't imagine any serious national debate with Trump.

silly minor point but Jefferson was really tall for his time period... 6'2".

My only niggle ... Jefferson was tall. It was Madison who was about 5'3 or 5'4.

Otherwise, well done, Senator Klobuchar!

For some reason, HBO hasn't been uploading the mid show guest interviews for the past few weeks and it's frustrating.

But they already leave out the panel discussion and they previously uploaded the mid show guest, but there have even been times when they've failed to upload the opening guest, yet still made the mid show guest available. I've yet to figure out their reasoning. I generally wait till fairly late to finally post it since I want to make sure they're finally done, there are times when they change videos and remove the one they uploaded the first time - but I try to post these as soon as I can since I know DUers who don't have HBO are interested.

I watched the show on TV last night, but, today, I couldn't find Overtime anywhere. Even googling didn't work. So, once again, thanks!

I post Bill Maher for those that don't have HBO - or TV. And the live Overtime video only lasts for an hour or two. After that, the Overtime segment is uploaded at the same time as the other show videos, so I post that one since it'll still be available indefinitely.
