In Trump's case, he would roll over and go back to sleep while the emergency would just get ignored. Oh, then in the morning he would fire the person that called and the operator who put the call through.

God what a totally useless POS he is.

52 republicans had a chance to impeach him and they failed. Now the failure to address this pandemic is their fault as much as his.
