Thom Hartmann: Voter ID goes to PA Supreme Court Today

Keesha Gaskins, Brennan Center for Justice, joins Thom Hartmann. The Pennsylvania State Supreme Court heard arguments today on the state's controversial Voter ID law - which would prevent thousands of eligible Pennsylvanians from voting in November. She was a [CENSORED CENSORED CENSORED] with no integrity, as apparently her two sisters are also lacking. It's a 3-3 along party lines, but they all put the state Constitution before that. If it survives, I fear for our state and country. When did we move from encouraging to discouraging people to vote?

as posted in the Inquirer: "Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille, regarded as a possible swing vote among the six justices, asked few questions and gave no indication of how quickly the court might reach a decision."
