JUST FYI, The Idea That Pepper 'Gas' Doesn't Count As A Chemical Has A Long History In The

...in the right wing nut-o-sphere. Here we see Megan Kelly explain that pepper spray is actually a FOOD PRODUCT. Thus, spraying peaceful protesters with pepper spray, and preventing them from protesting isn't a violation of their civil rights. It's essentially a welfare program, right?

These protesters should have brought their own nachos with them. The government goons were just providing them with additional flavoring. Kinda like salsa?
