Everything he does seems like he is just trying to piss off everybody he can so he will not have to quit. He is stuck in that historic house and can not leave without so many people going along. He though the job would be easy, part-time gig that didn't take much effort. He knows he can not do the job but his HUGE EGO won't let him walk away. He is going to fuck a lot of shit up before Jan. If we're lucky he will just walk away in Nov and take the rest of the term off. Good thing it is going to be Biden he already knows the job and can take over without transition (like dipshit would ever help smooth things along).
