At about 4:30 in, he excoriates DHS for playing politics when it stopped The Trusted Travelers Program for New Yorkers.
He goes through in detail how DHS' position in the lawsuit was unsupported and they knew it 6 months ago. NY was targeted for punitive purposes with the result that there were backups at NY airports at the start of the pandemic.
He is asking Congress to investigate the DHS' illegal actions.

Go get 'em, Governor Cuomo.

caused to the COVID economy of New York.

And the 15 other states the DHS damaged will follow suit.

I hope they not only pay damages, but are fined and banned from ever working in a governmental agency again.

Wouldn't that be great!

If there's going to be justice reform there's got to be state bar reform along with it.
Bad attorneys -- Barr with them -- who have the nerve to fight in courts on behalf of leaders' political use of government -- should definitely go down.
